Our values

Our values. DARE: building on its technological lead, CROSSJECT’s ambition is to become the world’s leading pharmaceutical company for self-administered emergency products. PERSEVERE: after 20 years of R&D, CROSSJECT now has a self-injection device that is protected until 2038. Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR is a lever for transformation that strengthens the company’s performance, attractiveness and long-term sustainability. It supports CROSSJECT at every stage of its growth.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) means integrating social, environmental and economic issues into the company’s activities.

For CROSSJECT, CSR supports the company’s development by reconciling growth, competitiveness and responsibility. CSR aims to ensure the well-being of employees by fostering an attractive and motivating work environment, while strengthening the company’s ability to attract and retain talent.

This approach also helps optimise certain expenses through better control of resources, and reduces the company’s environmental footprint. Anticipating regulations is a key focus of CSR. By structuring its responsible practices today, CROSSJECT meets the expectations of its stakeholders while preparing for its future. CSR is therefore not only a societal commitment, but also a key success factor in the company’s growth.

“The recognition of our strong commitment and our daily mission to save lives motivates the entire CROSSJECT team in this CSR ambition.”
